Toolwear Online Shop – Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

  • Toolwear is a UK-based online retailer specialising in workwear and tools.

  • By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • These terms may be updated periodically.

  • Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Product Information

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing updates.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and shown both excluding and including VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.

  • In the case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders with prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation & Contract

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance.

  • The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send a shipment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard UK delivery starts from £5.00. International shipping is not available.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Shipping to Northern Ireland may take additional time due to customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014).

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Any damage to packaging may incur charges.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Please inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

  • Faulty items will be replaced or refunded after inspection.

  • We may require photographic evidence or return of the item.

  • In most cases, you will need to print return labels.

  • You may be required to take the item to a carrier shop or Post Office.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, and branding are the property of Toolwear and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • Logos and trademarks of third-party companies referenced or displayed are the property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Toolwear is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of income, business, or data.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

11. Age Restrictions

  • Some products may be age-restricted.

  • By purchasing, you confirm you meet the legal age requirement.

12. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Toolwear is a trading name of UK-Infinity Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
All references to “Toolwear” in these Terms refer to UK-Infinity Ltd, Company Number 07318282.
