Warranties & Guarantees

Toolwear Warranty & Guarantee Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Toolwear product.
Whether you're buying rugged workwear or precision tools, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

1. Manufacturer Warranties

  • Many of our tools come with manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand and product type.

  • Warranty details (duration, coverage, exclusions) are listed on individual product pages or available upon request.

  • If a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll help facilitate the claim process—but final decisions rest with the manufacturer.

  • You must register your product with the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.

  • In many cases, some manufacturers offer extended coverage once registered.

  • Unregistered products are covered for 12 months by the manufacturer.

2. Toolwear Branded Products

  • Toolwear-branded tools and apparel are backed by our Quality Assurance Guarantee.

  • If a Toolwear product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it—at our discretion.

  • This does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or modification.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Contact the manufacturer directly. They will require:

    • Your order details

    • A copy of the invoice

    • Product details

    • A description of the issue

  • The manufacturer may request photos or the return of the item for inspection.

  • If you need assistance, please contact Toolwear—we’re happy to help facilitate the process.

4. Exclusions

The following are not covered under manufacturer or Toolwear warranties:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse

  • Clothing damaged due to improper washing or use outside intended conditions (e.g. flame-resistant gear used without proper precautions)

  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance or care

  • Misuse or use outside of intended purpose

  • Wear and tear of consumable components or spare parts

  • Connection to unsuitable or incorrect power sources

  • Any product altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorised or non-qualified personnel, including instances where original labels, markings, or serial numbers have been removed, defaced, or tampered with

Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser.
