The Arbortec AT4060 Breatheflex Pro Chainsaw Trousers are Design A, Class 1 trousers that provide front-of-leg chainsaw protection in a lightweight, flexible build. High-tenacity fabrics and Kevlar® reinforcement make them suited to demanding tree work.
Design A protects the front of the leg only, which allows rear vents and keeps the trousers cooler and lighter than an all-round design. Class 1 is tested to 20 m/s, and the stretch crotch panel and comfort liner are designed to keep you moving through a long shift.

AT4060 Chainsaw Protection
These are Design A (Type A) trousers: protection is on the front of the legs, with rear vents. They are rated Class 1 (20 m/s). Because the back of the leg is not protected, they are intended for work where the chainsaw is used in front of the body.
Comfort & Ventilation
The rear vents are only possible because this is a Design A trouser, and they help with airflow in warm weather. The updated comfort liner is there to stop sawdust and debris building up against the skin, and the stretch crotch panel with Kevlar® helps with mobility and durability.
An adjustable waistband, a kidney pad on the rear and elasticated lace hooks complete the fit.
Pockets & Durability
The YKK zipped pockets have taped seams, and the front and ankle panels are reinforced with Kevlar® for abrasion resistance.
Design A or Design C?
If you want protection on the back of the leg too, look at the Breatheflex Pro Design C trousers. Design A is the lighter option for operators who do not need rear cover.
